RIZZETTA & COMPANY currently provides District management services to 114 Community Development Districts in 19 counties in Florida and 2 counties in Alabama. The District management staff also prepares annual operations and maintenance budgets and holds public hearings for approval and adoption. In addition, the District manager is responsible for the oversight of all maintenance functions for District owned facilities and properties.
