Dan Meloon is a Regional Community Association Manager for Rizzetta & Company, Inc., in the Wesley Chapel market. He is responsible for managing all aspects of association operations including but not limited to finances, budgets, contracts, compliance, customer relations, maintenance and enforcement. He was hired in February 2015.
Prior to joining Rizzetta & Company, Inc., Mr. Meloon worked as an Association Manager and Corporate Trainer for a competitor in the Orlando market. He was responsible to manage communities and also hire, train, develop and retain managers. For 8 years, he also worked as a Branch Manager and Remarketing Supervisor for the
largest rental car company in the world. There he actively ran the largest replacement fleet in the United States out of one primary office, and 4 satellite offices. He also actively sold off lease vehicles to dealers, wholesalers and at auction. Mr. Meloon was also in the car and boat sales business for nearly 5 years. Right out of college, he worked in law enforcement for two years as a Patrol Officer for the City of Longwood, FL.
Mr. Meloon attended Florida State University from 1990-1991 and he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Central Florida in 1993. He is a Licensed community Association Manager.
