How to Use the Portal Features

The Association Portal is for our Homeowner Association Residents only - please note that if you are in a CDD and Rizzetta does not manage your HOA you will not be able to utilize the portal. Below you will find links to PDF's that will help you learn how you can make the most out of you Association Portal access!

Violations - My Items

Some technical issues with the portal may be caused by browsers or devices. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers. The portal is not optimized for mobile devices such as phones and tablets at this time. You will receive the best results by using a desktop or laptop.

Submit an ARC request with this simple form. You may be notified through the portal if your Architectural Review Committee needs any additional information for this request.

Contacting our team has never been easier -- submitting a request through the portal allows the team member responsible for that service to respond to your request, inquiry or question in a timely manner. ​This can range from billing questions, to gate and building access, work orders, general questions and more.
