COVID-19: A Message From Our President
Dear Valued Residents and Partners,
In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we want to emphasize that the safety and health of our employees, partners, and communities is our top priority. Rizzetta & Company is continuously following the updates and advice from multiple sources, including the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Florida Department of Health.
Over the last two weeks, Rizzetta & Company has implemented precautionary actions including postponing meetings or conducting virtual meetings, restricting office access to employees only, facilitating remote work stations, increasing the intensity of cleaning, and maintaining these arrangements until further notice.
While our staff will not be able to meet in person, we are fully functioning and able to answer any requests via email or phone. All homeowner association residents are directed and encouraged to utilize our homeowner portal for any requests, payment information, necessary documents, etc., which can be found at the top of our website or here: https://portal.rizzetta.com/.
Despite these unprecedented circumstances, we are committed to providing quality service and we will continue to meet your needs.
