Tea Party by Helena Teixeira, RASI Manager at Carriage Point

At Rizzetta & Company, we are proud to be a full-service management company offering more than just your typical HOA and CDD management. Our sister company, Rizzetta Amenity Services, Inc., (RASI) offers other services for our clients including staffing clubhouses on site. RASI managers work hard to make pleasant experiences for the residents. The clubhouse manager at Carriage Point, Helena Teixeira, took this to a whole new level in November.

Helena threw a fun, Downton Abbey tea party, fit for a queen! She hired a few male friends and her husband to serve the tea to the ladies as they do at Highclere Castle.

Helena says, "We are all busy with daily life, and sometimes all we need is to be taken care of, just because. Our residents deserve that sometimes."
