New Clients Build Rizzetta's Statewide Business

Rizzetta’s business spans much of Florida – from the Panhandle to Jacksonville, through Orlando and Tampa, and south to Naples on the west coast and Port St. Lucie on the east coast.
The company’s growth strategy is based on forming relationships, especially with builders and developers. As an example, Rizzetta’s St. Augustine and Jacksonville client base has continued to grow significantly through its long-standing relationship with national builder and developer D.R. Horton.
Rizzetta’s St. Augustine office covers Florida’s northern counties of Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns, and has worked with D.R. Horton for over 10 years with its CDDs. Developers like D.R. Horton find it helpful to involve Rizzetta from the start of forming a community’s CDD, as has been the case with the developer’s new Cross Creek North and Alta Lakes communities in northeast Florida.
As Rizzetta continues to grow, it now manages 120 CDDs and 165 HOAs around the state, and has added these new clients since May:
