Rizzetta Starts Year Strong With 22 New Team Members Around The State
Updated: Apr 24, 2019
Rizzetta shows significant growth in the first quarter of 2019

Since January, Rizzetta has experienced significant growth and has added 22 dedicated team members around the state to better serve its client’s needs. Rizzetta hires professionals with varied backgrounds - everything from experience in community management to working at Home Shopping Network - and understands how transferrable skills can come from a variety of industries.
Seven of the new HOA team members include three licensed community association managers (LCAM): Megan Medero, Patty Desthers, and Sabrina Stephan, who all join Rizzetta with significant community management experience, effective for managing a homeowner’s association.
Megan Medero has 14 years of experience in the apartment industry, nine of which as an onsite assistant manager. She handled the everyday needs of residents in her former work, which helps her be successful in her new position with Rizzetta.
Patty Desthers has over 18 years of experience in the community management industry, with 14 as a LCAM. She now oversees seven communities for Rizzetta and welcomes the challenges and the day-to-day diversity of managing a portfolio of associations.
From administration to portfolio management, Sabrina Stephan has worked her way into community management over the past 13 years. She has experience with condos, HOAs, commercial properties and apartments, and has been licensed for over six years.
Rizzetta also welcomed four new team members for district administration and accounting roles, with a range of experience from Coca-Cola to law firms to architecture firms, and ten new amenity services team members to support the community development districts they manage.
In addition, the company hired its first marketing coordinator, Pamela Pivaronas, who brings experience from an extremely niche market – the equine industry. Her previous position entailed marketing a mobile equine therapy business for injured and performance show horses in the Midwest.
Rizzetta takes pride in selecting experienced, diverse and professional team members to effectively manage its HOA and CDD clients.
