RIZZETTA & COMPANY was incorporated in 1986 as a consulting firm that provides services to the real estate development industry. Our primary focus is to provide District Management, Financial Consulting and Accounting services to Community Development Districts ("District"). Our District Management practice provides ongoing administrative and maintenance services to existing Districts. Our Financial Consulting practice includes a full range of services from preliminary analysis and recommendations regarding the general applicability and financial feasibility of establishing a CDD, assisting in the establishment process and the issuance of bonds and ongoing financial activities. Our Accounting practice provides a complete range of financial reporting, budgeting, construction requisition and accounts payable processing and compliance. Rizzetta & Company also provides management and accounting services to homeowners and condominium associations, ("Association") throughout Florida and has recently established Rizzetta Amenity Services, Inc., a subsidiary that provides amenity and program management services to Districts and Associations.
RIZZETTA & COMPANY is in its 26th year in business and is staffed with the highest quality and most experienced managers and support staff in the industry. We currently have 6 offices throughout Florida. Each is staffed with employees who are dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our developer, District and Association clients.
