RIZZETTA & COMPANY was incorporated in 1986 as a consulting firm that provides services to the real estate development industry. Our primary focus is to provide Financial Consulting, District Management and Accounting services to Community Development Districts ("District"). Our Financial Consulting practice includes a full range of services from preliminary analysis and recommendations regarding the general applicability and financial feasibility of establishing a CDD, assisting in the establishment process and the issuance of bonds and ongoing financial activities.

Our District Management practice provides ongoing administrative and maintenance services to existing Districts. Our Accounting practice provides a complete range of financial reporting, budgeting, construction requisition and accounts payable processing and compliance. In addition, our recent incorporation of an affiliated community association management company gives Rizzetta & Company the ability to provide management and accounting services to homeowners and condominium associations, ("Association") throughout Florida.

RIZZETTA & COMPANY is in its 21st year in business and is staffed with the highest quality and most experienced managers and support staff in the industry. We currently have 5 offices throughout Florida with 1 additional office planned by 2nd quarter of 2008. Each will be staffed with employees who are dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our developer, Association and District clients.
