Q. What is CAMmy?​

CAMmy is a digital community assistant for homeowners, powered by advanced AI technology, and responds to inquiries 24/7. It integrates with Rizzetta's Homeowner Portal, offering instant responses without the need to call or email management.

Q. How does it work?

This easy-to-use communication tool works with the mobile number associated with your account. This authentication step ensures secure and personalized interactions. To chat with CAMmy, text in your request to 1.855.625.3575.

Haven't set up your Rizzetta Homeowner portal? Sign up now! To register, in addition to your email, name, and phone number, you'll need your account number and registration key.

Q. What kind of questions can CAMmy answer?

CAMmy is trained to answer questions about the association based on available information and policies. It handles inquiries such as account balances, recent transactions, service requests, billing issues, amenity reservations, and more!

Q. What if CAMmy doesn’t have an answer?

If CAMmy is missing information, it will automatically submit a ticket to the assigned community staff for a response.

Q. What if I own property in more than one Rizzetta-managed community?

If you own homes in multiple communities managed by Rizzetta & Company, CAMmy will prompt you to specify which property your request is about. This ensures your inquiry is directed to the correct association and handled accurately.

When asked, simply provide the community name or property address so CAMmy can assist you efficiently.

Q. ​What information does CAMmy access?

CAMmy accesses the same information available through the Rizzetta Homeowner Portal that residents can already view online - such as account details, payment history, service requests, and community documents. CAMmy does not collect additional personal data or create behavioral profiles, and it is not designed to predict individual behavior like a personal assistant.

Q. What is CAMmy’s approach to data privacy and security?

CAMmy only retrieves existing data from the Rizzetta's Homeowner Portal to answer questions about account balances, transactions, and community policies. All homeowners interacting with CAMmy must follow the authentication process before receiving responses. The conversation data remains encrypted and secured.

CAMmy does not collect, store, or return any new personal information beyond what residents have already provided to their association.

Q. How is data transmitted when using CAMmy?

CAMmy uses secure web communication and follows standard telecommunications security protocols for text. The system only retrieves information that residents are already authorized to access through their Rizzetta Homeowner Portal account.
 

Q. Can residents opt-out of CAMmy?

Yes. CAMmy is an optional service.  Residents are welcome to explore its features at their convenience; however, participation is entirely voluntary. Those who prefer not to use CAMmy may continue to communicate through traditional methods, including phone, email, or the Rizzetta Homeowner Portal. 
 

Q. Is CAMmy compliant with privacy laws?
