Tampa, FL, – January 30, 2026 – Rizzetta & Company, a leading provider of community management in the Southeast, announced the launch of Rizzetta & Company Strategic Development & Consulting, a new division dedicated to providing developers with comprehensive, end-to-end consulting support throughout the community development process. The new service marks a significant expansion as the company celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Rizzetta’s Strategic Development & Consulting will provide expert guidance on Special Taxing District formation and structuring, governance setup, community amenity planning, financial feasibility analysis, regulatory compliance, and transition planning from developer to resident control.
Scott Brizendine will assume the role of Vice President, Strategic Development & Consulting, leading this new division. Mr. Brizendine has extensive experience with the organization and deep expertise in special districts, finance, and bonding.

Lucianno Mastrionni, who has been with the firm for over five years and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, will assume the role of Vice President, Business Operations.
