Becoming a new homeowner is an exciting time, but it also comes with a multitude of tasks and responsibilities. At Rizzetta & Company, we have decades of experience helping new homeowners acclimate to HOA living. From rules and regulations to dues, amenities, and services, there’s much to learn about associations.
Here you’ll find helpful information to get all the must-dos you need for settling into a new home & community!

Rizzetta Homeowner Portal
​In partnership with Vantaca, we provide a web-portal that serves as an effective information resource for your community and as a useful tool for tracking your communications with us.
​
It will take up to three weeks for us to receive the paperwork from the title company. You will not be able to set up a login for the Rizzetta Homeowner Portal until we have received your information.
​
​Once received, you will be sent a welcome letter from our company. This is when you will know that you can create a log in. If you do not receive this within two weeks of closing, please contact your title company and follow up on the status of your paperwork.

Request an Account
Don't want to wait? No problem! We can provide you a temporary registration key. Fill out the account request form or send an email to hoageneral@rizzetta.com. Please include your name, the name of your homeowner association, and your phone number. Allow 24 to 48 business hours for a follow-up response.

Rizzetta Homeowner Portal
To reach your assigned Community Support team, submit a general request, or obtain association documents, log in to the Rizzetta Homeowner Portal. If this is your first time visiting the web portal, click on the sign-up button. You’ll need your account number and registration key.
